The onboarding assistance was excellent, making the transition seamless. I find features like Smart Charts, Exposure Control Plans, Chemical Labels, and Regulatory Compliance incredibly useful. The establishment of area-specific chemical binders has improved our operations by allowing faster information retrieval for products specific to an area. Additionally, the updated inventory control and Smart Charts provide significant benefits—keeping our chemical inventory up-to-date and assisting in project identification needs. I also appreciate the complementary use of Chemscape Champ, which aligns with our safe work practices for chemical handling. Lastly, the dedicated customer support stands out with readily available assistance and thorough follow-ups on issues such as new product training and regulatory compliance.
