I have been working with Chemscape's sdsBinders system for many years and their Chemical Management software has been fantastic. The customer support team and subject matter experts are exceptional—always responsive, knowledgeable, and proactive. The system is user-friendly with comprehensive training videos and help features, making onboarding new users effortless. I am highly impressed with their CHAMP program, which effectively keeps us up to date with the latest regulations. As a Chemscape administrator for my company, I really appreciate the ability to search for products by Hazard groups, regulatory lists, etc, and the help resources available in the system. I also appreciate Angela Wheeler's assistance with any questions I may have, and her guidance during our regular check-in meetings as well as her prompt responses whenever something comes up that I am not familiar with. Angela's assistance to our company with SDS's for our produced products, including direction on lab analysis required and TDG regulations, has been invaluable. Recently, I needed to search for all corrosive chemicals at our sites. I needed to be able to find all chemicals in the separate binders, and was able to include the binder information - the only challenge I experienced was in the Excel export, when all the binders were lumped together in one cell for each chemical and I wasn't able to easily filter the individual binders. I love the customized services and training offered by Chemscape, especially the various administrative tools and exceptional customer support that were key factors in our decision to switch from another vendor. The onboarding assistance was excellent, making the transition seamless. I find features like Smart Charts, Exposure Control Plans, Chemical Labels, and Regulatory Compliance incredibly useful. The establishment of area-specific chemical binders has improved our operations by allowing faster information retrieval for products specific to an area. Additionally, the updated inventory control and Smart Charts provide significant benefits—keeping our chemical inventory up-to-date and assisting in project identification needs. I also appreciate the complementary use of Chemscape Champ, which aligns with our safe work practices for chemical handling. Lastly, the dedicated customer support stands out with readily available assistance and thorough follow-ups on issues such as new product training and regulatory compliance.
