What do you like best about Check Cherry?

Check Cherry centralizes our entire booking and client management workflow in one place, which has significantly streamlined our operations. The ability to create customized packages, automate quotes, contracts, and payments, and manage events through a clean dashboard saves us hours of manual work each week. The system is intuitive and easy to implement, allowing us to get up and running quickly without heavy onboarding. We also value the flexibility to tailor workflows for different event types (weddings, corporate, private events), which directly supports higher conversion rates and a more professional client experience. What do you dislike about Check Cherry?

While Check Cherry is powerful, there are limitations around advanced customization and white-labeling—especially when managing multi-brand or partner (white-label) events. Pricing logic can also be restrictive when trying to handle different margins between what we charge partners vs. what they charge their clients. Additionally, deeper automation (conditional workflows, advanced upsells, or more granular integrations) requires workarounds rather than being native features. The mobile app is very useful but could use some improvement. Typing or modifying email messages within the app is painful. When you select text it is really hard to manage selection as it auto scrolls all the way down within the small window. Maybe it is an iphone issue, and not an app issue, not sure. We use Check Cherry as the CRM for Tumbleweed Photo Booth, and overall it has been a great system for managing our business. It makes sending proposals, booking events, managing staff, and collecting payments very streamlined. What do you dislike about Check Cherry?

What do you like best about Check Cherry?

I use Check Cherry as my CRM for all my business needs. It keeps my entire booking process organized in one place, from inquiries and contracts to invoices and event details, saving me time and preventing important information from being missed. I love how simple and organized my booking process is with all client communication, contracts, invoices, and event details in one easy-to-use system. I also really like the automation features as they allow me to send contracts, invoices, and reminders automatically, which saves me time and keeps everything running smoothly for my clients. The customer service is second to none, and the initial setup was very easy, helped by a free 2-week trial which enabled me to start booking gigs quickly. I appreciate how Check Cherry helps me keep my events organized. It allows me to send automated messages to both my clients and staff, which is a time-saving measure. I can rely on it to send messages automatically at certain increments, ensuring everyone knows exactly what's coming up and confirming event details. I can also communicate to my staff the event details and what they are expected to do, including the equipment they need. I love the packages and the backdrop features in Check Cherry, especially since most backdrops are double-sided and it enables availability for each side. The email automation and the expense feature are really helpful too. I'm particularly happy with the new proposal feature as it now includes reviews and a gallery.
