**What do you like best about Check Cherry?**

I love the personal aspect of it the most. We can talk to the owners Judd and Matt to talk about how to better improve our way of using it. They are so eager to help and always looking for feedback on how to improve the system. We always feel heard and understood. We also love how easy it is to use for both us and our clients. It’s so easy to book and personalize it to your needs and what you offer.

We never had any issues and if we do, we reach out for help and get our problems solved quickly.

It’s solving our booking problem and showing our availability and showing clients what we have to offer. Makes it so much easier to run our business and be able to focus on the part we like best which is going to events.

**What do you like best about Check Cherry?**

Check Cherry centralizes our entire booking and client management workflow in one place, which has significantly streamlined our operations. The ability to create customized packages, automate quotes, contracts, and payments, and manage events through a clean dashboard saves us hours of manual work each week. The system is intuitive and easy to implement, allowing us to get up and running quickly without heavy onboarding. We also value the flexibility to tailor workflows for different event types (weddings, corporate, private events), which directly supports higher conversion rates and a more professional client experience.

**What do you dislike about Check Cherry?**

While Check Cherry is powerful, there are limitations around advanced customization and white-labeling—especially when managing multi-brand or partner (white-label) events. Pricing logic can also be restrictive when trying to handle different margins between what we charge partners vs. what they charge their clients. Additionally, deeper automation (conditional workflows, advanced upsells, or more granular integrations) requires workarounds rather than being native features. The mobile app is very useful but could use some improvement.  Typing or modifying email messages within the app is painful.  When you select text it is really hard to manage selection as it auto scrolls all the way down within the small window. Maybe it is an iphone issue, and not an app issue, not sure.

**What problems is Check Cherry solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Check Cherry addresses the fragmentation between lead intake, quoting, contracting, and payment collection by bringing everything into one streamlined workflow. Before using it, handling inquiries, pricing, and follow-ups meant juggling multiple tools and a lot of manual coordination, which increased the risk of delays and missed bookings.

Now we can respond to leads faster with professional, automated quotes and booking flows. This has improved our conversion rate and significantly reduced response time. It also helps standardize our process across different event types, creating a consistent, premium client experience from the initial inquiry through event execution.

From an operations standpoint, it cuts down on administrative work and lets us spend more time on sales, client relationships, and delivering high-quality events instead of backend coordination. That efficiency translates into higher booking volume and makes the business easier to scale.

**What do you like best about Check Cherry?**

Hands down is the customer service! But what I like is that it reduces time with automations and minimizing how often I have to do the same tasks. Whenever something might not be working correctly or needs an update, their team is easy to approach.

**What do you dislike about Check Cherry?**

There really isn't anything I can think of that I dislike. If I ever have an issue, I go to their team to talk it over and either a new feature is released or they provide a work around based on what my needs are and the current functionality.

**What problems is Check Cherry solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Automation and repetition. Helps save me time which then allows me to focus on other things. The software is easy to use so it is not hard to continue integrating all of the features they have.

**What do you like best about Check Cherry?**

We use Check Cherry as the CRM for Tumbleweed Photo Booth, and overall it has been a great system for managing our business. It makes sending proposals, booking events, managing staff, and collecting payments very streamlined. I especially love how easy it is for clients to select add-ons during the booking process—it’s clean and user-friendly.

**What do you dislike about Check Cherry?**

My only drawback is with email integration. Since emails are sent from Check Cherry instead of my business email, they sometimes end up in clients’ spam folders. If that integration improves, this system would be nearly perfect.

**What problems is Check Cherry solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The support resources are also a huge plus. The training videos are very helpful, and whenever I’ve needed extra assistance, the in-app chat has been quick and responsive.

**What do you like best about Check Cherry?**

This was my first and only CRM that I used for my photo booth business. I love that it checks off all the things I need for my business from setting up packages, add-ons, building out quotes, adding package and quote alternatives, to be able to integrate other softwares that I need to run the business. Everything has been smooth sailing and the customer support is same day when I need it.

I wish it did have an option for staff to request which bookings they want and payroll services

It's an all in one crm that allows me to run my business on the admin side

Their customer service is absolutely top notch. Anytime we’ve had a question or needed support, their team has been quick, helpful, and genuinely invested in making sure we succeed. That level of care is rare, and it makes a huge difference when you’re running a fast-paced event business. We also LOVE their proposal system. Sending proposals is incredibly easy, and they look clean, modern, and professional every time. It’s helped us elevate our brand and make a strong first impression with potential clients. And speaking of clients—our customers constantly compliment how simple and smooth the booking process is. From reviewing packages to signing contracts and making payments, everything feels effortless on their end. That ease of use has definitely helped us close more bookings.

Honestly, it’s hard to point to anything we don’t like about Check Cherry CRM.
If anything, what stands out most is how responsive they are to feedback. They truly listen to their customers and are always taking suggestions and improving the platform. You can tell they’re constantly evolving and refining features based on real user needs, which makes a big difference for businesses like ours.
It’s rare to find a company that not only delivers a great product but also stays committed to growth and innovation alongside its users—and Check Cherry does exactly that.

There has yet to be a real problem I have faced. The owners have always been available to schedule a meeting to help us through any obstacle.

**What do you like best about Check Cherry?**

I use Check Cherry as my CRM for all my business needs. It keeps my entire booking process organized in one place, from inquiries and contracts to invoices and event details, saving me time and preventing important information from being missed. I love how simple and organized my booking process is with all client communication, contracts, invoices, and event details in one easy-to-use system. I also really like the automation features as they allow me to send contracts, invoices, and reminders automatically, which saves me time and keeps everything running smoothly for my clients. The customer service is second to none, and the initial setup was very easy, helped by a free 2-week trial which enabled me to start booking gigs quickly. I’ve tried other products like DJ Planning Center and DJ Event Planner, but none compare to what Check Cherry does.

**What do you dislike about Check Cherry?**

One thing that could be improved is a little more flexibility with customization and reporting features. Overall it works great, but having a few more options for tailoring workflows and viewing business data would make it even better.

**What do you like best about Check Cherry?**

I appreciate how Check Cherry helps me keep my events organized. It allows me to send automated messages to both my clients and staff, which is a time-saving measure. I can rely on it to send messages automatically at certain increments, ensuring everyone knows exactly what's coming up and confirming event details. I can also communicate to my staff the event details and what they are expected to do, including the equipment they need. Once I got used to the software, it became pretty easy to use; it just made sense.

I wish I could send emails or text messages to my staff at specific time intervals and not related to a specific event.

**What do you like best about Check Cherry?**

I love the packages and the backdrop features in Check Cherry, especially since most backdrops are double-sided and it enables availability for each side. The email automation and the expense feature are really helpful too. I'm particularly happy with the new proposal feature as it now includes reviews and a gallery. I also appreciate how easy the initial setup was, thanks to the onboarding videos and the super friendly and fast chat support.

Check Cherry manages leads, bookings, and clients, and lets me integrate photo booth packages on my site. It supports double-sided backdrops and offers useful features like email automation, expenses, and proposals with reviews and galleries.

I like using Check Cherry because it allows me to create proposals, send contracts, and collect retainers and remaining balances all in one place. I love having all my events on one platform, which saves me so much time. Being able to communicate directly with clients through Check Cherry is a great feature. The initial setup was extremely easy, just requiring a name and email. It's perfect!

With the reports it generates for you, it makes bookkeeping etc at tax time very simple. It shows what monies are owed and creates what you need when you need it.

I found a little learning curve with Check Cherry. It's not easy at the very beginning.
