Chatstrike provides the one platform I need to recruit, track, and hire new talent.

**What do you dislike about Chatstrike?**

Chatstrike has been responsive to any concern I have had in the past. It has been simple for me to transition the way I do things to the "Chatstrike way" rather than wanting the platform to bend to my preferences...they are intuitive and thoughtful about their structures and processes.

**What problems is Chatstrike solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Chatstrike solved my talent sourcing problem, but more than that, the speed to connection has been invaluable.

honestly at this moment I can't think of a downside

**What problems is Chatstrike solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Chatstrike uses multiple recruiting sites at once.  We don't have to manage multiple site listings anymore. They rank applicants, the bot answers applicant's basic questions, reminds them of their interview for a higher show rate, and allows us to schedule group virtual interviews easily.

Perfect for recruiting in my Insurance Agency. Sources and rates candidates before inviting and filling my calendar with great people.

**What do you dislike about Chatstrike?**

I wish it could set my other appointments for me as well.

**What problems is Chatstrike solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Chatstrike saves me so much time. It is doing the work I used to pay an administrator for. I appreciate most that reschedules are completely handled by chatstrike.

I love the AI automation in Chatstrike because it eases the workload.

I think it would be great if they had a partnership with Webex. So that we could make the interviews just tad bit smoother.
