There isn’t much to dislike. Like any robust platform, there’s a small learning curve at the start, but once you get familiar, it becomes very straightforward. Channeltivity is easy to implement and integrate with Hubspot. It's a very user-friendly platform both from the partner user and administration point of view. There are still limited capabilities, such as customization, internal user access, and the creation/management of partners that operate in more than one country/region. The portal has all the basic and necessary features to kickstart or launch any partner portal. It is very easy to setup and launch once you begin your relationship with Channeltivity. What stood out the most to me was their customer service. Although its meant to be a self-serve SaaS, the staff (Colby, Tiffany, Zach and Kenneth!) at Channeltivity are always available to help. We explored different options prior to selecting Channeltivity and found it meets our needs at a reaasonable price. Building your own would've cost 10x and you can easily scale with the features they have readily available on the platform.
