**What do you like best about CGM LABDAQ?**

What I find most helpful is the ability to create accession numbers if I accidentally delete them or need to accept samples for verification. This feature has made it much easier to manage mistakes and ensure that all samples are properly tracked.

**What do you dislike about CGM LABDAQ?**

My least favorite aspect of LabDAQ is when it stops bridging samples for verification or when the system freezes. These interruptions can be quite frustrating.

**What problems is CGM LABDAQ solving and how is that benefiting you?**

CGM LABDAQ addresses issues such as inefficient workflows, revenue loss from billing mistakes, and challenges with regulatory compliance. They are super busy, end of day calls as we close.. We are on the West Coast,  But still the Best...

I have mentioned in meetings through the years of service we have had with CGM/LabDaq to my Peers, I am so Pleased personally with the Friendliness and respect and caring that is associated with your product.. Your Staff to mention a few Rob, Ryan , Phillip, Ted   to many to mention, are always helpful and get it done... Extremely Pleased...

Setting up New Tests for Chemistry Analyzer, Interfacing between 3 reference labs. And the usual just getting to know my Labdaq system better...

**What do you like best about CGM LABDAQ?**

The engineers are really easy to reach and willing to help even if it takes some time to work through the question/problem. They are also willing to do follow up calls if they don't know the answer at the time of the initial call. They are great about not letting anything fall through the cracks and get forgotten.

**What do you dislike about CGM LABDAQ?**

They charge quite a bit for expanding and for interfacing with instruments and other laboratory systems.

**Recommendations to others considering CGM LABDAQ:**

I would say definitely understand your budget and know how many instruments you will want to use. This LIS is best for smaller to medium sized labs in my opinion.

**What problems is CGM LABDAQ solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are currently working on interfacing different instruments with CGM LABDAQ and that has been a challenge since each instrument has different needs. One of the benefits is how receptive the engineers are. They have been good about answering all the questions we have and also about building the interface based on our needs.

**What do you like best about CGM LABDAQ?**

User-friendly and customizable such as the tiles that you can drag and save. You can also save reports that you run often in the same way which is also helpful. They also interface with each of our instruments which helps greatly and are interfaced with our client's EHR to provide results quickly.

**What do you dislike about CGM LABDAQ?**

It is occasionally hard to find exactly what you are looking for and you have to hunt it down. There are a lot of menu options and sometimes the thing you are looking for is hidden in a place where you might not look first. Once you find what you are looking for, it is easy to either remember where you found it our make it a tile if you are accessing it often on your dashboard.

Get in early so you can learn the features before Go-Live

**What problems is CGM LABDAQ solving and how is that benefiting you?**

They helping me solve the problem of easy LIS usage and getting patient results where they belong.Also being able to interface with API for PT is helpful.

LabDaq is very user friendly.  CGM has done a fairly good job of adding things that are very useful to a lab environment

**What do you dislike about CGM LABDAQ?**

There are a few limitations in the rule writing that could be addressed.  The auto-verification is another sore spot that needs a little bit of help.

**What problems is CGM LABDAQ solving and how is that benefiting you?**

for the most part, the rules are very helpful.  We can set up reflex testing using the events at the test level, or by writing a rule.  You can customize things even down into the by provider realm which is extremely useful.

Support team is knowledgeable and resolves issues very quickly. Even for problems that they don't have an immediate answer to, they research and reply quickly

**What do you dislike about CGM LABDAQ?**

Currently have an existing performance issue. LabDAQ responsiveness is slow in the application and the issue of holding licenses and running out happens often.

**What problems is CGM LABDAQ solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Able to get results to our customers quickly, apps that come with LabDAQ allow for automated sending of results by fax and email. It allows for a very quick turnaround time.

User friendly, easy to train for the basics, US based service, competitively priced.

**What do you dislike about CGM LABDAQ?**

I wish there was a better online option for clients other than Labnexus which is limited and very hard to setup and maintain.  Needs to have more standard rule and report options.  Would prefer a cloud-based option so that we don't have to keep upgrading servers and hosting on-site.

**What problems is CGM LABDAQ solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are daily solving issues with clients that need lab interfacing.  We have been able to retain our clients over the years due to reliable connections.  We have been able to use the Labnexus option for clients that are unable to interface and just need to view results.

The system is easy to use and has a lot of nice reporting features.  It is easy to get to the information you need quickly.

I wish you could see outstanding orders at a glance for each workstation without having to run a report.

This has been a very viable product in several laboratories I have worked with.  It has more than enough reporting options to meet the needs of any organization, and the support staff is excellent.

We have just installed a new reference laboratory interface, and LabDaq makes it easy to break down requisitions by performing laboratory.

Robust LIMS program with good reporting options and inventory management capabilities

**What do you dislike about CGM LABDAQ?**

onboarding was meant to take 6-8 weeks. We are about 6 months into trying to get system set-up and still have not been able to go live
Workflow management processes are not intuitive 
We are a cannabis lab, so definitely lots more work to be done with aliasing/customizing for the cannabis space to make the system more user friendly

The customer service and support is always 10/10.

**What do you dislike about CGM LABDAQ?**

The billing structure can be inconvenient as every tiny change is charged for, but I understand the necessity on the business side of CGM. There are a lot of small functionality changes that could increase ease of use and allow greater customer satisfaction.

Benefits include the prescription monitoring portion of the software, being able to customize for almost any need of the company, and allow us to better serve our clients.

User friendly system.  Customer support is always knowledgeable and courteous.

At times it is hard to to get a hold of your account manager.  Long hold times when calling customer service, or takes a long time to call back if message is taken when call is first answered.

Straightforward, easy to use, logical, customizable

I personally have used this product for only about 10 months, but I have no complaints so far.

**What problems is CGM LABDAQ solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I had worked in a very large healthcare system for many years before recently starting at a Physicians office with it's own laboratory. The systems I had worked with before were laborious and complicated to use. LabDaq is straightforward and logical and has all of the features that our small business needs. And if we do have a need or issue, customer service has always been very helpful.

You are as good as your foundation.  They have a great support and training staff to assist and put you at ease.  The ability to interface this software with other products is fantastic!

**What do you dislike about CGM LABDAQ?**

Sometimes we have to restart some software-related services, and not certain why.  It's nice that it can be done, but not sure why its necessary.

**What problems is CGM LABDAQ solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Running our own lab.  Tests are imported in, resulted, and easily pushed out at a constant flow.  It's great!

Easy to use. Keyboard shortcuts make life a lot better.

Locks up on our system a lot. Can be difficult to search if you don’t full names.

Take the time to learn the keyboard shortcuts

Report listings made available for tests are good to have. Management Review mode and Portal ok.

**What do you dislike about CGM LABDAQ?**

Customization expensive, servers slow. Every upgrade from just one interface, additional PC license, simple report format changes are under lockdown by CGM and can only be implemented by them for ridiculous pricing per item requested!

Consider web browser based LINS company with better more modern functions and customer service.

**What problems is CGM LABDAQ solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Daily data entry for clinical lab specimens, tracking and review, interface transfers from different clinical testing devices.
