"Accession Management Made Easy, But Occasional Freezes Frustrate"
What do you like best about CGM LABDAQ?

What I find most helpful is the ability to create accession numbers if I accidentally delete them or need to accept samples for verification. This feature has made it much easier to manage mistakes and ensure that all samples are properly tracked. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about CGM LABDAQ?

My least favorite aspect of LabDAQ is when it stops bridging samples for verification or when the system freezes. These interruptions can be quite frustrating. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Thank you, Linda. Our lab division is based on the East Coast, but we keep technical support hours of 8AM to 11PM ET to maximize the support we are able to offer nationwide. We have the option for 24/7 support available as well, for clients that may still fall outside of the typical window. Connecting laboratories to analyzers, third-party systems, and reference labs is what we do best. The efficiency enabled by these secure interfaces helps you to better serve your clients and the patients that count on you. We'll be sure to pass along your compliments to the rest of the team!

What do you like best about CGM LABDAQ?

The engineers are really easy to reach and willing to help even if it takes some time to work through the question/problem. They are also willing to do follow up calls if they don't know the answer at the time of the initial call. They are great about not letting anything fall through the cracks and get forgotten. What do you like best about CGM LABDAQ?

User-friendly and customizable such as the tiles that you can drag and save. You can also save reports that you run often in the same way which is also helpful. They also interface with each of our instruments which helps greatly and are interfaced with our client's EHR to provide results quickly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about CGM LABDAQ?

It is occasionally hard to find exactly what you are looking for and you have to hunt it down. There are a lot of menu options and sometimes the thing you are looking for is hidden in a place where you might not look first. Once you find what you are looking for, it is easy to either remember where you found it our make it a tile if you are accessing it often on your dashboard. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Shortcut keys and a customizable, user-specific homescreen are two of the features that have earned CGM LABDAQ its reputation as a user-friendly lab management system. Our implementation team is happy to get users up-to-speed before the "go-live" date, and we offer a CGM University program for clients who need specialized training one day due to employee turnover or rapid growth.

I wish there was a better online option for clients other than Labnexus which is limited and very hard to setup and maintain. Needs to have more standard rule and report options. It's essential that users access the functions and information they need as quickly as possible. The software system should never stand in the way of an efficient laboratory. Speaking of which, while orders aren't specific to workstations, you may be able to use the Manager Review option to get the information you're looking for in a non-report format. onboarding was meant to take 6-8 weeks. We are about 6 months into trying to get system set-up and still have not been able to go live

Workflow management processes are not intuitive

We are a cannabis lab, so definitely lots more work to be done with aliasing/customizing for the cannabis space to make the system more user friendly Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
