**What do you like best about CGM CLINICAL?**

Easy to use. User-friendly. Somewhat customizable. That's all I can say about it. Everything else I've dealt with has been terrible. Pretty expensive for the crappy customer service we've experienced.

**What do you dislike about CGM CLINICAL?**

Customer service is terrible. I've had an e-fax issue with them since January 2022 and it's still not resolved, yet I'm still paying over $400 for the e-fax. Also, they sent me an undated letter in March 2022 stating they're raising our rates by over 5% and decided to send with it January and Feb 2022 invoices with the raised rates. I have a 4 year contract with them and they wouldn't honor the original prices even though I had a 4 year contract with them. Shady...

**What problems is CGM CLINICAL solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Trying to solve e-fax problem with them since January 2022. It's now May. Still not fixed. Still trying to discuss invoice issue with them, but they are no longer replying back to me.

Overall things are well put together and works conveniently together

 Unsure if I can say there was anything specific that I disliked

 Clinically it solved most of our past problems in a easy mater
