Cezanne allows me to make better use of my time, which is very important in a stand alone HR function. The time saving tools, such as letter templates and forms have been most helpful. My implementation partner was excellent - Declan - and I have always had prompt replies to any queries. I believe Cezanne is a system that can grow with our business. One of the things I like most about CezanneHR is the team they have, the supoort and knowledge that is always available and there ability to support in a quick and timely manner. The system it's self is an easy to use platform, offering most if not all you could need. What do you dislike about Cezanne HR? There's very few things I have an issue with when using, small quirks and a lot hidden in the background. What problems is Cezanne HR solving and how is that benefiting you? CezanneHR helps with a more seamless onboarding process, collecting key data required from onboarding employees. I like I am able to implement key polcies that require signing, with the built in feature to the onboarding process including digital signing and traceability. I find it a great system for managing holiday, tracking and being able to pull out data specific to this. Another aspect following on from the last point, the system provides great analytics and ease of pulling reports and data together. Cezanne has the flexibility for different Holiday Plans/Work Patterns. Their support team are great, always come back promptly with responses but the support portal has lots of information. Has timesheet functionality and again can have different timesheet plans if need different process flows. Kudos Has an app and desktop version. Reporting is a bit clunky and not all in one place (reports and analytics) but once you have your head around it, its okay. Implementing new modules seems to take some time - from saying yes then next steps takes a few weeks. Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.) 4/24/2024 "A fantastic HR platform, backed by friendly, supportive, and knowledgeable staff." 5/5 What do you like best about Cezanne HR? - The system in general is so user-friendly from the perspective of both the administrator and the everyday user. - The dashboards are all incredibly clean and fully customiseable. - The modules (so far, we have People, Absence, and Performance) are all very easy to set up and roll out to staff. - The system has so many useful features including; a detailed analytics suite/advanced seach reporting, document system allowing the creation of templates to be merged and issued out to staff, Outlook integration for holidays/appointments, and a performance review process that allows you to track every aspect of your people's appraisals/goals. - The team at Cezanne are first class - with our initial sales contact (Jo Hill), our implementation manager (Rouen Rizotto), and the general support team all responding quickly, in a friendly yet professional manner, and with easy to understand guidance on every aspect of the system. There is genuinely nothing that I would say I 'dislike' about Cezanne - there are minor improvements/feautures that I would like to see introduced, i.e., the ability to edit a merged document, rather than having to start fresh if something isn't right with it, or to not need to terminate a full process when editing a form, but these are just very slight gripes. It is bringing all aspects of the HR lifecycle together into one, easy-to-use package - it allows our people to update their details via self-service, to easily request and have holidays/absence approved, and it has streamlined our performance appraisal process to ensure that engagement with this is as efficient as possible. Cezanne is automating a great deal of what we do from an admin perspective, for example, creating and issuing letters/contracts, meaning we can focus more on our people themselves.
