What do you like best about Cezanne HR?

Cezanne is very user friendly at all levels of the business - from an HR point of view we use it multiple times a day and find that the majority of the information we need is easy to find, and it has a good user interface for wider management and employee self-service. The implementation was smooth and problem free with great support from Cezanne at all stages. On the occasions I have had to use the Help Desk I have found them to be helpful and knowledgeable. What do you dislike about Cezanne HR?

Some of the reporting can be a little clunky meaning there is some work required in excel to get the full reporting that we need. Some information that we as an HR Team require regularly does require multiple clicks to locate rather than being instantly available at a summary level. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Cezanne HR solving and how is that benefiting you?

Cezanne is now well established in our business as the single source of truth for people related data, not only in HR but also in Finance and IT. The reporting functionality has enabled us to reduce manual intervention and self-service makes keeping records updated a much easier task. What do you like best about Cezanne HR?

I like that you can build your own set up within Cezanne. We can create our own forms and personalised reports so we can pull off the exact information we need. What do you dislike about Cezanne HR?

Sometimes I run into issues when trying to complete a process, for example the leavers process. We follow the steps as required, but there can be background issues that prevent us from completing and submitting it, and it isn’t always clear what those underlying issues are.
