I enjoy that it is good for the end user. You can tailor each dashboard for employees needs. You can add lots of different information, in different styles so this makes it fun and exciting. As a HR professional I use Cezanne every day, it is great for reports and tracking which you can tailor to your specific need. The support team are great! I would say for me, learning all of the process, how they run, notifications, and all of the technical bits behind the scene's can make it difficult sometimes; but as you begin to pick up more knowledge on these areas they become second nature. Employees have easy access to submitting holiday requests and keeping track on their annual leave. This is a plus, no more having to track this manually. Being able to see important up and coming dates like birthdays, anniversaries etc. Having the Kudos section, a great way to get employees discussing the wins and for all internal employees to be able to see this also! After working with Cezanne for the past few months, the training they have provided, along with additional support as needed, has been incredibly helpful. We are now able to effectively navigate the system. Currently, we use Cezanne as our HR platform for booking holidays and managing forms (such as expenses). It is a very comprehensive platform, both for administrators and for end users. We started out as just one organisation but have now onboarded an additional 3 companies and this has been very successful. When there are problems or questions the support team are very helpful and respond swiftly. We use most of the features of CezanneHR, including the recruitment and learner management add ons, which we are really happy with. The biggest frustration is not being able to report on sickness absence by line manager as these details are held in different parts of the system, however we have our workarounds for this.
