**What do you like best about cetrix?**

Easy to work with using the tools you're already using and great value that your CFO will appreciate.

**What do you dislike about cetrix?**

Since they work with several clients at once you need to be clear on the priorities and schedule meetings to keep them on target. Similar to managing sprint plans with engineers.

**Recommendations to others considering cetrix:**

Invest in them and have a good documented process for the deliverables you expect with the mutually agreed upon timelines. Once you're in a groove it's easy to work with and they're always available to answer any systems questions!

**What problems is cetrix solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As the first head of sales of a venture backed company it's difficult to get the resources that your team needs to be set up for success. Cetrix was easy to get started with on a monthly agreement and quickly provided tremendous value. I was able to delegate all the sales operations CRM work that would have bogged the team down. This was essential so I could focus on strategic iniatives and managing the team, while our account manager focused on making the the reports, workflows and tactics all were in line.

**Describe the project or task cetrix helped with:**

Backing up key business documents. Working in a high pressure environment Cetrix provides a dependable solution where no matter the device I am using (which can be a planned or unplanned change) document retrieval is a touch away.

**What do you like best about cetrix?**

Easy to use. Simple to enact. Low maintenance. Simply requires brief set up and can then be forgotten about.

**What do you dislike about cetrix?**

Sometimes revised files can be wrong version. hasn't happened often. but the one time it occurred was frustrating.

**What problems is cetrix solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The sudden death of it devices. All of a sudden it doesn't matter that a computer went kaput. Really important in this dynamic and ever changing environment we live in.
