**What do you like best about CertiPay Payroll?**

It is very easy to track any over or underpays. It also flags any hours that look incorrect so we can review them.

**What do you dislike about CertiPay Payroll?**

It can be challenging to explain to people outside of payroll, and it can be not user-friendly if you aren't trained.

**What problems is CertiPay Payroll solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are able to get through payroll faster in the week and use other time towards more customer service type issues.

**What do you like best about CertiPay Payroll?**

The reporting functionality was amazing. You could get a report for basically anything that you process through the system. The best part is, their developers can quickly create a report foir you if you are having trouble with the personalized reporting.

**What do you dislike about CertiPay Payroll?**

Navigating the system is a bit of a process. This application could definitely be better streamlined.

**What problems is CertiPay Payroll solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Reporting. I can't stress enough how important it is to have the ability to run reports when you are running payroll and this system has every report that you could possibly want.
