What do you like best about Certdox?

We have been using Certdox to manage our Food Safety Management System and controlled documents, and our experience has been outstanding from beginning to end. The platform is user-friendly, dependable, and truly simplifies document control—an essential feature in the highly regulated food and beverage industry.

What problems is Certdox solving and how is that benefiting you?

Before adopting Certdox, managing our Food Safety Management System and controlled documents was a complex and time-consuming task. We faced ongoing challenges with version control, approvals, and ensuring that the correct team members always had access to the latest documents. These difficulties not only created compliance risks but also slowed down our processes. Certdox has resolved these problems by providing a centralized and user-friendly platform where all our FSMS documentation is securely stored and readily available for audits. Features such as customer complaints, verification activities, and internal audits are all efficiently managed within Certdox, streamlining many aspects of our workflow. Certdox checks every box of our quality-management program without any of the extra glut of similar programs. The simple design makes it user-friendly for the whole team, including people with limited technological abilities. Certdox is organized to flow seamlessly with audits.
