**What do you like best about Ceeview?**

I like that I have a single platform for tracking my vital services and business processes with the help of Ceeview. From the single framework, I can quickly grasp the state of the system and identify problems through intuitive presentations.

**What do you dislike about Ceeview?**

They are usually at a high system level and when I receive them, I need to investigate the logs and other data to see what is going on. This additional trouble shooting can be cumbersome, for instance, during emergence IT incidents.

**What problems is Ceeview solving and how is that benefiting you?**

For my team, Ceeview has been beneficial with regards to the monitoring aspect that we have been implementing all this time. It provides a single overview of everything where otherwise, one would have to refer to each separate system.
