&lt;p&gt;Accountability was the flip for us, not speed. The digital checklist was honestly a bit slower than paper for the first week. What changed behavior was photo confirmation on the steps that used to get pencil-whipped, because supervisors stopped chasing signatures and operators stopped getting blamed for steps they did complete. Once the floor saw it protected them as much as it monitored them, adoption stopped being a fight. We&#39;re on Connecteam, but I suspect the lesson is tool-agnostic.&lt;/p&gt;
