CartFlows is a High Performance Sales Funnel System for WooCommerce **Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars **Reviewed by:** Dawson B. | President, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.) **Reviewed Date:** April 19, 2026 **What do you like best about CartFlows?** The templates are great (a nice upgrade from standard WooCommerce product pages) and the fact that you use WooCommerce for your sales funnel is fantastic. It's also clear that the developers aren't developing the product in a vacuum. Its also well-integrated with the tools we depend on. Overall, it offers a great return on investment. **What do you dislike about CartFlows?** Getting a funnel set up isn't the most intuitive process, so there's a bit of a learning curve, but once you've gotten the hang of things, it's worth the effort. Support is always just an email away, too. **What problems is CartFlows solving and how is that benefiting you?** Frees me up from the chore of creating custom product pages for WooCommerce, and it also helps to increase average order value via the upsell path. The developers also clearly prioritize performance, which is also great. I believe they have some AI features (who doesn't) which we're looking forward to testing out. ### 2. Their approach reflects a concerning lack of transparency and respect for their customers, undermining the fundamental trust that should exist in any business relationship. Upon logging into the My Account area, I discovered that the 'Cancel Subscription' button had been removed, leaving me no option but to jump through hoops to stop an unwanted service renewal. After multiple attempts to contact support, I received an email asking why I wanted to cancel. Despite providing my reasons, there was complete radio silence thereafter—no follow-up, no assistance. This raises serious questions: Why has Brainstorm Force intentionally removed the ability to cancel a subscription independently? By doing so, they are intentionally creating friction for customers seeking to leave, a tactic that borders on unjust business practices. This kind of behavior not only obstructs basic user rights but violates the principles of customer autonomy, trust, and transparency. Ethical businesses prioritize customer trust and ease of access, especially when it comes to subscription services. When companies make it difficult or nearly impossible for their customers to cancel, it suggests a predatory approach that prioritizes their own financial gain over customer satisfaction. What Brainstorm Force has done here feels like a direct violation of these basic principles. Forcing customers to contact support to cancel and then delaying responses or ignoring requests is an unacceptable business practice. It manipulates customers into renewing subscriptions they no longer need, which reflects poorly on Brainstorm Force’s commitment to ethical service, transparency, and honest customer relationships. At its core, customer relationships are built on mutual respect. Trust is established when a company empowers its users, giving them the freedom to make decisions about the services they are paying for, including the decision to leave. By obstructing this, Brainstorm Force has tarnished its reputation and has failed to uphold the values that customers expect from any legitimate service provider. Nice and very easy to use. **Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars **Reviewed by:** Ramiro T. | Customer Service Specialist, Automotive, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.) **Reviewed Date:** October 05, 2023 **What do you like best about CartFlows?** I like CartFlows designs and templates, in fact, I tried many many times to use it on my web page, I like that it is very easy to configure and edit the templates, the templates call a lot the attention of customers and I think that enhance the checkout process of a webpage **What do you dislike about CartFlows?** What I dislike about cartflows is the customer service and support, in fact, this was the reason why I uninstalled the plugin, and I have to clarify that I didn't want to do it but had to do it because I had a bug which was causing problems with my theme and I needed somebody from support to help me to fix it, but their answer was that I have to talk with the theme support, and they didn't help me, so I installed another plugin similar to cartflows asked to their support to help me solving the incompatibility problem and they entered my site and in a very short time they solved it. **What problems is CartFlows solving and how is that benefiting you?** It helped me to create very nice checkout pages to increase ROI in my site ### 4. It is very well structured and it makes it so easy for the user to set all the funnels for his website. I also like that with a subscription I can activate CartFlows on 30 sites. I love the fact that it is very well integrated and wonderfully works with my Divi Theme Builder that I use on my WordPress. The DFY templates for all the steps of the funnel are another aspect I give CartFlows a 5-star rating! **What do you dislike about CartFlows?** They are constantly listening to their users for their needs and suggestions and they bring new updates periodically so even if I'd have something I might find some day to like least I would contact support and they will take that so very serious into consideration to make it happen. **What problems is CartFlows solving and how is that benefiting you?** The first time I came across CartFlows was when I was searching for a way to have a very easy check out for the digital products that I sell on my site. Moreover, I wanted something to go with my Divi Theme Builder. First I tried the free version of CartFlows and in less than a month I decided I want to go for a full option so I bought it and I am very happy with my purchase! I never regret my investment in CartFlows because this is how I see it: an investment that will create a very easy and pleasant check out for my customers and that will bring me in more sales. I like the founding members behind this tool (Adam from WpCrafter and the team at Brainstorm Force) and I believe in their vision to solve known problems in digital marketing. The best part about the tool is that it integrates flawlessly with page builders and I personally found it to be more user-friendly than other tools. It allows having both comprehensive and minimal forms depending on your need and includes its script on whole website for easy pixel tracking as well. **What do you dislike about CartFlows?** I wish the plugin could work on its own, without having to have WooCommerce installed. I hate to use more and more plugins that unnecessarily bloat WordPress sites. **Recommendations to others considering CartFlows:** Considering other options in the market, CartFlows comes out on top when it comes to usability and affordability. It's a very competitively priced product and could really turn your business around if you're trying something like dropshipping or basically selling anything online that requires a high-converting landing page. **What problems is CartFlows solving and how is that benefiting you?** I create quick sales flows for products and services for our customers. The feature that turned out to be of utmost importance is being able to upsell. It just creates flows in seconds and the premade landing pages look so refined and stunning. ### 7.
