**What do you like best about Cart Whisper?**

Cart Whisper gives our team the ability to see, in real time, what customers add to or remove from their cart. It also shows a widget on the cart page that lets customers submit their cart for review, and we can instantly convert it into a draft order. This really streamlines our whole quote and price-match process, while also giving us a solid overview of what our customers are doing.

The setup was very easy and straightforward. Customer service responds promptly via live chat and integrates easily with Shopify since it’s a Shopify app. We use this every day.

**What do you dislike about Cart Whisper?**

Good question. I’d like to see more options in the report; otherwise, this is top.

**What problems is Cart Whisper solving and how is that benefiting you?**

One app to add live visibility into customers’ carts. It includes a widget on the cart that lets customers request quotes, and it can convert carts into draft orders.
