Cart Whisper gives our team the ability to see, in real time, what customers add to or remove from their cart. It also shows a widget on the cart page that lets customers submit their cart for review, and we can instantly convert it into a draft order. This really streamlines our whole quote and price-match process, while also giving us a solid overview of what our customers are doing.
The setup was very easy and straightforward. Customer service responds promptly via live chat and integrates easily with Shopify since it’s a Shopify app. We use this every day.
