It provides access to dispatch professionals, consulting services, independent owner operators those smaller entities that are usually not included in the considerations for such informational platforms but still play a vital role in assisting in securing the integrity of the freight transportation industry **What do you dislike about CarrierOK?** We have found little to no downsides to utilizing Carrier OK I find it a vital asset to each of our departments success. from the freight brokerage being able to validate carriers before onboarding without being associated with the likes of Highway or MCP which have no opportunity to look further into something on a carriers account that may be questionable such as an incorrect filing with the FMCSA by a Safety and Compliance service provider that enters something incorrectly for a carrier client. Other platforms risk rate the carrier for up to 6 months utilizing Carrier OK you can verify and validate the carrier and offer opportunity to an otherwise mistakenly high risk company and move forward with a legitimate and non high risk client. **What problems is CarrierOK solving and how is that benefiting you?** As mentioned many new risk rating platforms are so rigid and provide very little instruction to those utilizing them, we have found that simple mistakes made by other service providers submitting annual or biennial updates to the FMCSA on carriers behalf are not maintaining the knowledge to offer valuable service and have little to no understanding of the repercussions of making the simplest mistakes that can essentially cost an established carrier to lose significant revenue and become flagged as high risk. simply because of the rigid dynamics of an onboarding/ risk rating platform such as Highway or MCP.
