"All-in-One Home Care Management Made Easy with CareKindle"
5/5
What do you like best about CareKindle?

I’ve had a great experience using CareKindle to manage our home care operations. It makes day-to-day tasks much easier, from scheduling caregivers and matching them with clients to creating care plans, managing care notes, and keeping track of important client and caregiver information.

One of the things I appreciate most is how many useful features are available in one system. I can manage schedules, review care notes, keep track of caregiver qualifications, and use tags to identify important requirements such as licenses, access to a vehicle, and dementia care experience. Being able to see the distance between caregivers and clients is also very helpful when coordinating shifts and finding the right caregiver for a client.

The system is visually clear, with a clean dashboard, comfortable colors, and a smooth user experience. The AI feature is particularly useful for creating clearer, more professional, and well-organized care plans, which saves time when preparing care instructions for caregivers.

Another major strength is the customer support. The team is responsive, helpful, and open to feedback. Whenever I encounter an issue or suggest an improvement, they take the time to understand what I need and work with me toward a practical solution. I especially appreciate that they are willing to consider suggestions and make adjustments to better support our actual workflows, rather than simply providing standard responses.

I also like having scheduling, billing, and invoicing integrated into one platform. The family portal is another valuable feature, giving families convenient access to schedules, documents, and invoices. Getting started was relatively straightforward because we could import basic client and caregiver information.

What makes CareKindle stand out to me is not just the range of features, but also its flexibility and the team's willingness to improve the system based on feedback from people who use it every day. For a home care business, having scheduling, documentation, care planning, and billing managed in one place makes a real difference.

Overall, considering its functionality, ease of use, responsive support, and value for money, **CareKindle is the best home care management system I’ve used for our needs, and I would highly recommend it to other home care providers.** Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about CareKindle?

One thing I would like to see in the future is a built-in e-signature feature for intake forms, service agreements, and employee agreements. Currently, I need to use a separate signing platform and then upload the signed documents to CareKindle.

When I first started using the system, some features, such as the clock-in and clock-out buttons, were not positioned where I expected them to be. However, after I shared my feedback, the team was very responsive and usually made adjustments by the next day.

Overall, I’m happy with CareKindle, and I don’t have any other major concerns at the moment. I appreciate how open the team is to feedback and how quickly they work to improve the system. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
