CareKindle is home care software for small and mid-size agencies, with scheduling, EVV visit verification, care plans, billing, payroll and a family portal on one platform. Plan the week on a schedule that flags double-bookings before you publish, and fill open shifts in a couple of clicks. Staff see their day on their phone and check in at the client's door with GPS verification. Each verified visit becomes both the invoice line and the payroll hours, so you bill and pay the same number without typing anything twice. Invoices work out tax by region and can go to private pay, long-term care insurance or a provincial program. Built in Canada, in English and French, and aligned with PHIPA and PIPEDA. It keeps a tamper-evident audit trail and logs every time someone opens a client chart.
