**Describe the project or task Cardinal Digital Marketing helped with:**

My company has partnered with Cardinal for digital marketing services including search engine optimization (SEO), paid media, conversion optimization, and reputation management.

This includes working with clients we represent in industries including healthcare, professional services, home services, legal, and hospitality.

**What do you like best about Cardinal Digital Marketing?**

First and foremost, the team at Cardinal does an exceptional job delivering outstanding digital marketing results.  They focus on data and metrics that measure return on investment.  Their data collection includes using tracking pixels and call tracking when possible to best measure campaign results.  

Also, they are extremely responsive and eager to go above and beyond.  They are excellent at account communication, including weekly updates, on-going scheduled calls, and meetings.  Throughout 2020 they made themselves available on Zoom calls.

Cardinal Digital Marketing does not simply strive to deliver "more traffic" or general concepts often associated with SEO.  Instead, they impliment strategies that focus on delivering relevant traffic with commercial intent.  They also use strategies such as Conversation Optimization help insure site traffic is converting and meeting goals, such as form fills and appointment booking.

**What do you dislike about Cardinal Digital Marketing?**

While not Cardinal's fault, the last year has been difficult for scheduling in-person meetings.  This is something we're looking forward to resuming in 2021.

Would also like to see an increase in industy focused webinars, which is something I believe they have been increasing this year.  But, we'd love to continue to see more as it's great to get additional knowledge and insights.

**Recommendations to others considering Cardinal Digital Marketing:**

I would strongly recommend Cardinal Digital Marketing.  Based in Atlanta, GA, they are a top choice for digital marketing.  They are also a growing company, expanding full-time staff.  This allows for areas of expertise to continue to grow as well.

**What problems is Cardinal Digital Marketing solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Cardinal provides digital marketing that meets the needs of generating new customers cost-effectively.  They are also a Google Premier Partner for Adwords, which provides an expertise for managing pay per click advertising.  Their team also has an expertise in SEO and other digital marketing such as social advertising, email marketing, and reputation management.

As a smaller company, working with Cardinal Digital Marketing provides us with more resources to better serve the clients we represent.
