CaptivateIQ Pricing Overview

I came from the world of Excel and using CaptivateIQ has been a huge win. I love the product and can’t rave enough about it.

Some of my favorite functions include:

- Being able to custom build the statements per each plan

- Easily accommodate changes with people leaving and joining new teams

- Love how easy it is to use especially getting the reps into the system and use it (little to no training- all that was needed to train them was one simple short email)

-The Salesforce integration is thoroughly beneficial- and you can directly integrate or data load from the CRM.

- Custom reporting

- The ability to standardize custom fields across plans

The services team has been awesome and they made sure everything is thought out. It’s easy to use and I’ve been making tweaks to the product without any service team involvement. The software is REALLY EASY to understand if you have that Excel mindset. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like that once CaptivateIQ is set up, it is accurate and reliable. It handles accurate calculations well once the tables are set up, and it's easy to consume those tables. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The user interface is pretty terrible. Its reporting is next to impossible, and this is coming from somebody who's pretty technical. It requires consultancy to get a lot of things working. One of the worst interfaces I've ever used. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
