
I like Capsule CRM for its genuine simplicity and usability, perfectly tailored for our small B2B team. The initial setup was incredibly fast and straightforward—by far the easiest CRM experience for us. It only took a day for our team to use it properly with no need for endless training or confusing workflows. The clean and intuitive interface stands out; I can effortlessly find contacts, update deals, add notes, and check follow-ups without having to hunt through menus. The straightforward layout allows me to access a contact or a company in just two clicks, saving valuable time that I can spend talking to prospects and clients. I also appreciate how I can quickly update deals by simply dragging and dropping opportunities through the pipeline, making it easy to keep our CRM up to date even when we're always on the go.
