**What do you like best about CANDID CRM?**

Candid automates the things that are necessary, but not a good use of my time. And gives me more time for the things that ARE a good use of my time.

**What do you dislike about CANDID CRM?**

Some initial setup, but nothing unexpected. Support team was responsive and helpful too.

**What problems is CANDID CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Time management - I got where I am doing what I've always done, but needed some new systems to automate and keep going. Candid gave me and my team the rails to run on so we could scale. It also took things off my plate so I could keep doing the important stuff.

CANDID CRM is very helpful managing a  large pipeline.  Very useful with no downsides.

**What do you dislike about CANDID CRM?**

Little to no downsides.  I can't think of anything I would change about CANDID.

**What problems is CANDID CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Helping me centralize my client base.
