**What do you like best about Camino Onboarding?**

There are 3 main areas:

1) It greatly reduces the amount of time it took to onboard new hires. It became a set and mostly forget (it would ping me to take actions every so often, but it almost ran itself)The team was super great to work with - Helped me set up an effective onboarding program and then met quarterly to make recommendations and update the onboarding experience

2) Integrations - worked really well with my ATS (ashby)

3) Pricing - was affordable enough that convo with my CFO was super easy

**What do you dislike about Camino Onboarding?**

I started with them when they were new, and their UI/UX needed some work. But they’ve been rapidly improving it in the past 6 months. I did like that they sat down with me, got feedback and made updates based on what I said.

**What problems is Camino Onboarding solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Reduces manual work for onboarding such as copy/pasting emails and messages, or scheduling sessions. It also aligns all stakeholders (hiring manager, myself, recruiter, IT, buddy, new hire) into one area. All this allows me to focus on more high value work work meeting with new hires and planning virtual events for them.

**What do you like best about Camino Onboarding?**

I use Camino Onboarding for streamlining communications between myself, hiring managers, and new hires in my fully remote startup role. I really like that it can send tasks, tips, and meeting invitations to new hires. It also sends tasks to hiring managers to prepare for new starters. I enjoy sending blurby tips to new hires about features or available stipends. The best feature by far is the scheduling, which saves me many hours per new hire for onboarding meetings by automatically sending invitations based on availability. It's also improving in tracking completion rates and providing a dashboard for new hires to see their progress. I highly recommend Camino for its price point and excellent customer service. I appreciate being able to reach out to the team whenever I have an issue, and they respond quickly, even for coding bugs. Additionally, I like being able to automate tasks and set due dates.

**What do you dislike about Camino Onboarding?**

I'd like to see Camino Onboarding evolve to include features like onboarding surveys or ways to measure new hire efficacy at thirty, sixty, and ninety days. It's important for my company to find a way to quantify if a person is the right fit for a role and has the right skills.

**What problems is Camino Onboarding solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Camino Onboarding to streamline communications and automate scheduling. It saves me many hours per new hire by coordinating tasks and meetings efficiently, ensuring everything is communicated smoothly for my remote role. The scheduling feature particularly helps in managing onboarding meetings.

**What do you like best about Camino Onboarding?**

Camino is a force multiplier for People teams. It has saved my small but mighty team HOURS of manual onboarding work -- on average 1 whole day per new hire. We genuinely set up our "paths" for new hires / their managers / IT / People -- all of the messages, tasks, emails, reminders -- once, and it runs like clockwork. The integration with our ATS means that we get notified of new hires as soon as the offer is signed. And managers just love the extra support and reminders so they can prepare for their new hires. Also, the team over at Camino is just the best of the best -- responsive, curious, partners! 10/10 highly recommend!

**What do you dislike about Camino Onboarding?**

I genuinely don't dislike anything about Camino Onboarding. I'd be excited to use its power in more parts of our employee lifecycle -- like new hire transitions, parental leave returns, and offboarding communications.

**What problems is Camino Onboarding solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Camino has made the giant tasks of onboarding new hires simple and automated for my team so we can focus on the humans and relationship-building side of it.

Camino is easy to use and creates a clean, seamless onboarding experience for both new hires and all internal stakeholders.

**What do you dislike about Camino Onboarding?**

They are a newer product so may not be as feature-rich but they are continuing to build and are very open to feedback/requests from customers!

**What problems is Camino Onboarding solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Onboarding tasks being in disparate places, things being overloooked and having inconsistent experience for new hires.
