How easy it is to set the calls up and how quickly the calls can go out.

Nothing that I can think of right now. For what we need it works great.

It is very easy to use and effective!  We are able to get many calls out very quickly.

**What problems is CallFire solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are able to do more donor thank you calls. It was hard getting volunteers in to make so many calls a month.

A fast and easy procedure that's exactly what I like greatest about it. It helped me communicate with our members. Additionally, we shoot all of them a phone message regarding recent updates that happened and much more real-time updates.

Absolutely nothing I don't like about this application. It's very helpful and easy to utilize.

I like to recommend this software to any organization which needs to be able to get effective together with communication towards members, local community, & other various teams connected with our corporation.

Enhanced communication with the associates as well as community participation. We have much better results when we use this application.

Call fire is Simple to operate along with a tracking tool so I could observe my personal progress along with other associates. I really like that I can integrate callfire directly into some other applications which help me personally with automation marketing.

The software program is slightly expensive and is not easy on the pocket.

This is a fairly easy and easy to operate application to contact with others.

We can easily contact a huge selection of customers at the same time using the one press of a button. This is the fastest way to get contact with our clients

**What do you like best about CallFire?**


Rapidly and straightforward approach that is what I like greatest over it. It aided me to connect with our customers to show up at our bargaining classes. We also shoot them information about modern updates that transpired and a lot more actual time updates as an alternative to being forced to experience new media stores.

Nothing at all I dislike about getting in touch with Fireplace. It's extremely valuable and straightforward to utilize.

I would suggest this particular software to any company that needs to be able to become active together with communication with members, community, & other various teams associated with our organization.

**What do you like best about CallFire?**

CallFire is pretty easy to understand,setup, and get started with. It is a simple tool for tracking the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.

**What do you dislike about CallFire?**

The worst part about CallFire is that more than 50% of the calls that come through my tracking numbers are junk and robots. They burn through my minutes more than anything else, and the system doesn't seem to do a very good job of cutting them off or weeding them out.

Easy and inexpensive, but I haven't researched alternatives recently.

**What problems is CallFire solving and how is that benefiting you?**

CallFire has helped me to track where my customers and prospects are coming from, and the call recording has helped me to work with my team to better their phone skills.

Simple system, easy to set up, and fairly inexpensive for the features offered.

**What do you dislike about CallFire?**

I just started using CallFire for my small business and don't have any complaints yet. I'm just wishing more calls were coming in so I could have more business!

**Recommendations to others considering CallFire:**

If you have different campaigns, using different media types, whether digital or physical, CallFire tracking numbers are a great way to track the results of your efforts. Also, call recording is a good way to make sure your team has good phone etiquette and training.

**What problems is CallFire solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I've started some partner programs with complimentary businesses, so we are trying to track the marketing efforts back to each individual group. It's a handy tool to help figure out where we are being seen on signage vs print materials vs digital ads etc. Great way to feel more local too with the local numbers.

I like being able to listen in on calls, so see if the person answering the phone needs more training/coaching.

It doesn’t work in Safari well. It would be nice if that could be addressed.

I liked the interface of the backend of CallFire the most. It is really easy to use and really intuitive.

I disliked the fact that we ended up changing our short-code after having it for several months.

This is an excellent tool that will help you better reach your audience and accomplish your goals.

The cost is a bit high but comparatively is not that bad.

The problems of reaching people who only have phone numbers - lower socioeconomic classes.

the website is easy to use and the calls go through quickly

the only thing i have to say is maybe there could be less steps required to setup the call

**What problems is CallFire solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We were making monthly calls for nonpayment twice a month to around 400 customers and it was taking 24 hours a month for an employee to make these calls.  With CallFire the calls take less than 10 minutes.

**What do you like best about CallFire?**

Fast and easy process that's what I like best about it. It helped me interact with our members to attend our bargaining sessions. We also shoot them a message about recent updates that happened and more real time updates rather than having to go through new media outlets.

**What do you dislike about CallFire?**

Nothing I dislike about Call Fire. It's very helpful and easy to use. I would say it has helped improve our organization. We had trouble in the past trying to engage with our members and now it's more of a communication preference we would choose over any other software we used in the past. 

**Recommendations to others considering CallFire:**

I would recommend this software to any organization that needs to be able to be active with communication towards members, community, & other various groups associated with our organization. 

**What problems is CallFire solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Improved our communication with our members and community involvement. We get a better response when we use Call Fire. We used to phone bank which it's sometimes hard to get ahold of our members. But, when we shoot them a text, it's more likely they will respond and be able to know that they at least got the message about our annual meetings. Our community is more aware of who we are and what our goal is which is why more community has been engaging in our annual meetings.

Getting things up and running was simple enough. I had a few questions, as I had never "purchased" a phone number for a company before, and the support was helpful and understanding. Great experience with CF

**What do you dislike about CallFire?**

I wish that the website was a bit simpler. I realize that my company's needs are simple, and that CF caters to a large range of communications needs, but I wonder if it might be doable to have a Simple Setup vs Advanced option to select at some point might be helpful for those of us who just want a phone number to publish on their website, and they want it forwarded to someplace or another.

Small businesses have 1,001 things to get done. Get this off the list.

Nothing big, really. I just needed a company phone number, and I got one.

**What do you like best about CallFire?**

CallFire enabled us to target calls to prospective voters, ensuring that we had a direct ability to get our Campaign massage out quickly and effectively. Their report exports made it incredibly easy to mark our data and analyze it. They also have excellent customer service. They’re very responsive and will ensure you leave with a solution.

**What do you dislike about CallFire?**

The only thing I had trouble with was the scheduling interface for IVR and recorded calls.

We’re solving the issue of not having a clear idea of who our base is. We’ve realized the benefits in having quick data exports.

I utilize CallFire for tracking phone calls for my clients. Being able to keep track and record calls is indispensable to me.

**What do you dislike about CallFire?**

I can't really think of anything. Maybe a iOS app would be beneficial.

I use it for tracking and recording my client's calls. It enables me to hear how their customer support is being handled and whether they are actually answering the phone for the leads I send them.

I have the ability to send out text messages or do voice calling.  It keeps a track of the progress and does it much faster then if I did it myself.

Like it all, maybe it could be a little easier to use the first time, but once you do it more it is easy.

You need to try it, you have nothing to lose.

It's a great way to reach more potential customers in a shorter time.  I had one in the store the other day tell me "I better get over here it seems important" so I know the message is getting through.

I use it to send texts to groups that I manage, setup automated text reminders of regular events (weekly team meetings, programs we offer). LOVE the inbox to handle responses, LOVE buying a phone number so the texts come from a phone and not a text number

It is a powerful tool, so a few times I made mistakes and sent texts at the wrong time or to the wrong group, so be careful. Its a powerful tool

I needed to test 1000 numbers and callfire's platform was the right call. Their support walked me through setup and I ended up with a successful test. Couldn't ask for anything more.

Configuration wasn't as intuitive as I'd like but support helped me set up what I needed.

It’s simple and straightforward. Lots of numbers to choose from.

I had difficulty getting it going in the beginning and couldn’t cancel.

I used it as a way to get people to call in for a promotion when doing social media advertising. It’s good in theory but I didn’t get a lot of calls.

It's great being able to listen in on sales calls in near real time and break down the calls by marketing campaign or promotion.

The interface was insanely easy to use and it was great that the person recording the robocall didn't have to be in the office with me. Super convenient to give them a number to call into. Very fast turnaround to produce a call.

I didn't experience anything in my use of CallFire that I was unhappy with.

We drive awareness and participation at candidate debates by targeting people who live in certain districts and having a local community leader record a call encouraging them to attend.

The software does what it should do and the setup is straightforward.  Some software is buggy, but I have not had any issues with CallFire.

At first, I had trouble navigating around the site.  I am getting more used to finding what I want, but a better user front end would be an improvement.

It works.

I can track customer calls to my client.  CallFire keeps track of the calls for me so that is one less thing I have to do on my own.

I liked it because it auto dialed for me and cut out thousands of bad numbers. It allowed me to go ahead and get more calling done with my agents.

the price was a little expensive. Also, i did not like how it counted ring no answers as a chrage to me.

Making more time available for my workers to call instead of dialing through bad numbers. I used if a few months ago. I would try callfire again if i got another list

**What do you like best about CallFire?**

The customer service is phenomenal. They really walk you through every part of the process and make sure you are getting a high level of service.

**What do you dislike about CallFire?**

The call times feature does not work and was calling at the wrong times of day. It also did not start a few times and I had to go in and manually do it. 

Also, there is no feature for when a machine picks up and goes through all of the prompts. Several times there were 9 minute or 11 minute calls even though a 30 second greeting had been recorded.

**Recommendations to others considering CallFire:**

You really are able to get a lot of calls out in a short period of time. By personalizing the greeting and making sure you follow up with a second round of calls, you can really get some good business from using their software. The customer service is also very helpful and cares about delivering high quality services.

**What problems is CallFire solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are trying to reach out to a large number of doctors whom we only have office numbers for. They will at least get a personalized message from us and CallFire has been able to assist in getting calls back from the offices.

**What do you like best about CallFire?**

Ease of Use.  It has the features I want and need.  Everything I could possibly need or want (thus far) in a phone system, is available with CallFire.

**What do you dislike about CallFire?**

The credits expire after 18 months.  I'd prefer no expiration, so I could use credits at my leisure without having to be concerned about if I waisted any of them.

**Recommendations to others considering CallFire:**

If you need a IVR or auto-text message system that is very functional for a small-medium size business (or even personal use), it's great.  If you are a huge company, you might want to look at something with more options.  

**What problems is CallFire solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The need for an IVR system, and the organization and liability it saves me and my company.  I also use it personally when I need to record a phone call from (usually) a company.  It's a great solution that doesn't require I carry around a separate recorder, or have separate software.  Extremely convenient and very user friendly.

This is my goto service for phone numbers and call tracking, the call whisper is the best feature, could not live without it.

**What do you dislike about CallFire?**

Wish price was lower, but still think it is fair.

Great service, easy to use, love the call whisper so I know the lead type that is calling.

Call tracking for different lead types, sources including print ads so I know what is working and where I should be spending my marketing budget.

Super easy dashboard interface, with the only complicated apart being the IVR Section of the call broadcasting

The IVR section should be more intuitive and should have a fast preview mode

I don't have to use my cell for marketing. I can use a different number for each different marketing pieces so I know where the marketing is coming from!

**What do you dislike about CallFire?**

More tutorials to maximize the use of CallFire. It can be confusing. I know I have a lot that I am not using since I don't know how to set it up. A downloadable manual would be great!  And/or an online manual!

The speed and ease in which this program works is amazing. Customer service reps have been phenomenal in helping us set it up and implement it.

Honestly, there is nothing we dislike about it so far....

This is seriously a no brainer.... it is literally the opposite of too good to be true....

We are a trash removal service. Curbside and dumpsters... Our customers are on a schedule with pick ups. When storms hit or holidays come during the week, we used to take hours calling each customer to inform them of the change in pick up. What used to take 3-4 people hours to do, now is literally done in minutes!!

Nothing to not like! The product works just like it says it does. Very dependable. Pretty much setup and forget!

Being able to send notifications to tournament participants to help them know how other anglers are progressing in the tournament. Will bring back for next years tournament.

Character limit was fine, but was a bit difficult to understand at first. We also had trouble sending some messages out.

We needed a mass text notification system for our fishing tournament and CallFire was the solution.

Being able to manage multiple lists and messages.  Voicemail, SMS, and outbound calling all integrated is nice.

The whole "credits" thing is unnecessary.  Why not have a payment source linked and bill monthly or by campaign?

Email communications about office closures / work hour changes.
