I use Calendar Pro in my company, and it's one of the best apps we've deployed. It has transformed the way our teams organize and collaborate. We use it every day for project coordination, team planning, meeting management, internal communication, and general event creation and management. The shared calendar experience provides transparency and visibility across our organization, reducing the time we spend on scheduling meetings and team activities by approximately 30%. This would otherwise require multiple emails, chats, and manual follow-ups. The app is very intuitive and reliable, integrating perfectly into Microsoft Teams and fitting seamlessly into our daily workflows. Beyond the productivity gains, I appreciate how Calendar Pro integrates with Microsoft Teams, making adoption easy as users don't need to switch between multiple tools. Before, coordinating schedules and team activities required multiple emails, chats and manual follow-ups. Calendar Pro centralized this process into a single shared workspace within Microsoft Teams, giving everyone visibility into upco;ing events, meetings and team activities.
