Luke is always super quick to respond despite our business hours (AEST) being the complete opposite as his, same as the support team when I submit a ticket. Since Covid, a lot of support across many companies has turned to automation, which has caused a lot of issues, and I find more often than not I just get linked to a support article when reaching out for help, not so with Cake.
