**What do you like best about Cadynce?**

This has really helped keep track of things in our system and helped us to get organized. I like being able to assign jobs to employees and know what phase each step of the process is in. The team overseeing this platform is extremely easy to work with and always willing to try to make changes to build the platform even better than before. It is easy to use and fast to learn.

**What do you dislike about Cadynce?**

The worst part for me would be the speed and sometimes lag. Other than that, I have no issues.

**What problems is Cadynce solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Since implementing this, it has helped the sales team keep track of the jobs they are working on and has provided them with organization that they did not have before. I'm not sure how we ever did it before we came on board with Cadynce.

**What do you like best about Cadynce?**

Cadynce feels like having an extra team member. It gives me clear alerts, highlights exceptions, and makes sure nothing falls through the cracks. I don’t have to remember every detail because the workflows keep everyone aligned and consistent.

**What do you dislike about Cadynce?**

Nothing major. Like any tool, it takes a little setup time, but once the workflows are in place it runs smoothly.

**What problems is Cadynce solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Cadynce to manage core operational processes with a small team. It helps me ensure that critical steps are always completed and that I can easily see what’s done, what’s pending, and where issues exist.
