I like the organizational chart and the ease of use for the employees and admin.

**What do you dislike about Built?**

Admin is unable to change/correct an approved sick or vacation request.  Instead, I need to add or reduce as a special entry to the balance.

**What problems is Built solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use it to keep track of days used and days remaining.  I also like the approval method.

Ease for all users from employee to admin.

I would like the app to be a little more user-friendly. Also the calender to have options to put in a company event to allow users awareness when they put in time.

We have not had any real problems. I have already had a conversation about the app and calendar.

Super happy with Built for Teams. The tool was INCREDIBLY easy to set up and our team LOVES using it. Very easy administration.

**What do you dislike about Built?**

There is not much to dislike. My only wish list would be that it plugged into our PEO but that's not their fault.

Built for Teams has helped us administer our PTO policy in a really clean and easy to use format. Employees and managers can very quickly go in and see their PTO balances.

**What do you like best about Built?**

I greatly appreciate the wonderful service we receive from our Built for Teams Partners. They are always available, answer questions quickly, and are ready to support as needed! They helped us with a special HRIS integration and we regularly use their product in our HR function.

**What do you dislike about Built?**

I cannot think of anything in particular that I would say I 'dislike'. I think they will continue to improve the user interface - sometimes, for a novice, you may not know how to navigate the tool effectively.

**What problems is Built solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It has helped us as we've scaled the organization. We now better understand how our departments are aligned with strategic objectives and can regularly report to leadership on various spans and layers.

It's easy to request time off and approve time off.

**What do you dislike about Built?**

The limited features I need all work great, so I have no real feedback.
It might be nice if there was a way to synch time off with a google calendar so I can remember who is out on a given day without having to check two places.

This creates a standardized way for time off to be handled for my team.

I like the recruitment feature. I wish we could message candidates through the platform. I also wish there was a payroll feature if we are using it like an HRIS or a performance management component.

I dont like that there is no reporting feature.

it is not a one-stop solution to HR needs but it is great for a small, new firm.

The system was easy to learn and customize to meet our hybrid work environment.  Erika was very helpful in the setup process.

Color-coding by employee on the calendar would have been a helpful function for us.

We've saved time with communication and coordination for time out of the office.  Remote work is now easier to manage and make available for all employees.

It may be a feature that my company is not using, but it would be nice for BFT to link to other HR-related software/services.

The user experience of Built for Teams is much better than any similar system I have used in the past. It makes requesting time off and viewing information about the organization very easy.

I would like to see company holidays also shown on the Calendar. That may be a configuration issue by our HR team

Our company manages time off in Built for Team. Requesting time off is easy and its useful to see what days other coworkers have off

You can create custom "lists" that can have their own calendar. For us, we create "lists" for each client team, so we can easily track who all will be out on a given account.

**What do you dislike about Built?**

There is still room to grow in terms of functionality, but the team has been super helpful in helping us find solutions and workarounds. There are some things you have to do a bit manually as well.

**What problems is Built solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Visibility into PTO across teams, client accounts, functions, etc...We are able to ensure proper coverage on all teams a lot better using built for teams "list" functions.

**What do you like best about Built?**

I like this Built for Teams PTO Tracking system because in this system adding, erasing, and changing equilibriums of different things are very simple. Built for Teams PTO Tracking system demands are anything but difficult to submit. It also displays equilibrium shows in days and hours and by which we can track anything easily. Built for Teams PTO Tracking arrangements system shows up directly pages according to our demand.

**What do you dislike about Built?**

Built for Teams PTO Tracking is a good application but Here are some major issues in this system and because the organization diagram route is not good in this system and these are distorting. The main fault of this system that we cannot explore it by looking over and by considering all the things, in this system we need to drag and snap everything. The user interface of this system is not good.

In this Built for Teams PTO Tracking system, we can see all the things of workers which they used and submitted to anyone for the whole year. This system is based and built on the requirements to find and trace any team member according to date and time.

I don't like how the dashboard is a bit hard to navigate. The time off requesting tab is not very visible, and it is sometimes hard to find.

**Recommendations to others considering Built:**

It's great to sit and play around with the software before implementing.

It's great to have written approval from managers for pto. It is nice to see when people are taking time off, and when is the best time to take time off when more people are in the office.

I enjoy how easy to use the interface is. It shows you cumulative time for the year.

**What do you dislike about Built?**

I wish it was easier to "negotiate" time off, currently it is either approved or rejected. It would also be nice to show a "heat map" of the company to see if it might be a bad time to request.

I like being able to keep track of everyone's PTO in one place. I can see upcoming vacations and special events or holidays on the calendar and the weekly email summary for the upcoming week is very helpful.

We are able to keep up with everyone's PTO and edit as needed. Also being able to add or remove employees quickly and only paying for the total employees enrolled is great.

The way that it's formatted. It would be easier to search my name rather than scrolling down through everyone elses.

**What do you like best about Built?**

Utility, usability, customer service, and value for the investment. The support Aaron and Brett at Built for Teams has provided all the way from the beginning has exceeded our expectations. The level of support hasn't waned at all and we never felt pressured into purchasing. I do like the fact that Built for Teams is very receptive to customer feedback and they are continually refining the platform. 

**What do you dislike about Built?**

Maybe to have the ability to customize dashboard.

**Recommendations to others considering Built:**

Do not hesitate to give these company a look. You will not be pressured or bombarded with follow up emails to commit. For the needs we were looking to meet, the combination of utility, customer support, and price are what ultimately made Built for Teams our choice as an HR platform.

PTO, hiring, and on-boarding processes have all drastically improved.

The ability to keep all employee related info and documents in one easy to use app.

**What do you dislike about Built?**

I really haven't found anything so far that I don't like about the app.  If I have questions or needs the support staff is super responsive.

We are able to track potential applicants all the way through the hiring process.  Once hired getting all of the required documents is a breeze.

**What do you like best about Built?**

No unnecessary features. Easy to use with minimal training. PTO policies appear right on the page to request PTO, lessening confusion over eligibility.

**What do you dislike about Built?**

The org chart navigation is confusing. You can't navigate it by scrolling -- instead, you have to click and drag everything. The font doesn't stay the same size when you zoom out, so it's impossible to read unless you zoom back in again.

**What problems is Built solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's easy to put in PTO and it saves a lot of time over paper requests, which used at previous jobs. I like being able to easily see how much PTO I have and how much I'll accrue in the future.

**What do you like best about Built?**

Everything is clean and easy to digest, content and data are all well designed in the composition/layout and easy to read. I like the sidebar navigation and UI. Also the "Org" chart is a great feature. When I was new at Blueriver I had trouble remembering everyone names and the org chart was a huge help. Lastly, putting in for PTO is SUPER simple. Good job guys!

**What do you dislike about Built?**

I don't like that the sidebar navigation disappears from view when in the Org Chart screen. It's almost feels like you leave the app/site entirely. To get it back you have to click on the toggle hamburger icon. It doesn't completely ruing your experience but I don have to say I'm not of fan!

**Recommendations to others considering Built:**

Do it. It's extremely easy to implement and use and the convenience is bar none. 

**What problems is Built solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Putting in PTO of course, at former positions, doing this was always a hassle, you had to request a paper form and fill it out etc etc but with Built for Teams it literally takes like 1 minute. Very convenient.

We did that to make more of the org chart visible, but perhaps we shouldn't automatically close it and instead let the user close it if they'd like. i like how easy it is to request PTO, remote work, etc.
Love that theres an org chart and company directory- this was super helpful when i was onboarding at my company

Our company hasn't fully utilized it yet so our compensation category is empty, but i'm sure if we actually used it it would be better

I like how you can easily see how many hours/days you have remaining in your bank.

**What do you dislike about Built?**

I don't like how you can't delete a request on your own after it's been approved.

PTO tracking.  It's helpful to have the large calendar so you can easily see what people are out/for how long for planning purposes.

**What do you like best about Built?**

It's easy to request time off without the hassle of paperwork and waiting for approval. It is easy to recognize how much time you have available with the different segments noting sick, vacation, and personal time. It is a great visual dashboard for time tracking.

I have not been using the system very long, so I haven't come across much that I do not like.

My organization uses it to track vacation, sick, and personal time. It eliminates paperwork/forms and increases efficiency by automatically submitting to the correct supervisor for approval and letting you know via email when it is approved.

I like the time off feature. Knowing where you stand at a click of a button is a great feature. Also asking for time off in the same place is a fantastic combo.

I am not sure why there are so many different variations VAC2, 3, 4 & Sic FT PT.

I'm sure it makes it easier for our bosses to know exactly where we are at with time off in the same place we are asking for it.

Most functions are easy to use, and as a manager the platform offers good cross-team visibility.

**What do you dislike about Built?**

Small niggle, but the recruiting module could be improved with the ability to search by candidate name, instead of looking through every folder until you find someone you're looking for.

PTO, recruiting. Benefits: More organized during the process, better historical records, better visibility day-to-dat.

**What do you like best about Built?**

My favorite feature is probably the time off request feature. We are able to have our team submit requests and we can review and approve them quickly and efficiently.

**What do you dislike about Built?**

As a development shop, we'd like to see an API sooner than later so we can start pulling metrics into software projects we develop in relation to our own company. All in all, this would be a nice to have feature. The good news is the Built For Teams staff has been incredibly responsive and accommodating when we inquire about things such as this.

**Recommendations to others considering Built:**

I'd recommend using Built For Teams if you are tired of filing cabinets full of employee paperwork as well as bulky non-digital inventories.

**What problems is Built solving and how is that benefiting you?**

On-boarding can be a hassle. One of the biggest problems we're solving is making that process easy. Now, we do almost the entire process digitally from W2 paperwork to emergency contact information. It helps us cut down on how much paperwork we need to file as well.
