**What do you like best about BugZap?**

It is really easy to use and clean user interface.The best part is that it provides the embedded attachments with the bug itself which I believe is great thing.


**What do you dislike about BugZap?**

There is nothing much I dislike about it but I switched to other platform since it is suitable for small to medium sized projects.

**Recommendations to others considering BugZap:**

I recommend BugZap to everyone because it is easy to use and has many decent features.

**What problems is BugZap solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We used BugZap for issue tracking and bug reporting at initial stage of our start-up.
