What do you like best about BugTrackin?

Amazing platform for remote teams. I switched from Hubstaff, and I’m genuinely impressed by the range of features. The support team is also excellent, and the pricing is very affordable. I especially like the flat rates—no per-user tension.

What do you dislike about BugTrackin?

What problems is BugTrackin solving and how is that benefiting you?

Remote team management is straightforward, with solid productivity support and clear hour tracking. Project management is easy to set up and keep organized, and I like that there’s no need for multiple subscriptions just to cover time tracking and project management. User management is also simple, and the HR automation helps reduce manual work. I also got a free company secure vault, so I don’t need extra folders or a separate locker.
