I switched from Hubstaff, and I’m genuinely impressed by the range of features. The support team is also excellent, and the pricing is very affordable. I especially like the flat rates—no per-user tension. Project management multi board support sprints burndown charts and what not wow love it. **What do you dislike about BugTrackin?** Honestly, there’s nothing to complain about. They’re offering way too much for such a low price. **What problems is BugTrackin solving and how is that benefiting you?** Remote team management is straightforward, with solid productivity support and clear hour tracking. Project management is easy to set up and keep organized, and I like that there’s no need for multiple subscriptions just to cover time tracking and project management. User management is also simple, and the HR automation helps reduce manual work. I also got a free company secure vault, so I don’t need extra folders or a separate locker. ### 2.
