Smooth connection with salesforce, specially with health cloud which i have recently used.

**What do you like best about Bucher + Suter Connects?**

It is the best integration application. Using this application we can integrate the Salesforce, CRM, Microsoft dynamics, out of the box integration for Cisco contact center providing agents with nothing less than x-ray vision when it comes to enhancing satisfaction by identifying and solving the problems. This application more secured and user friendly.

I don't think there is any disadvantages in this application.

It is focusing on more integrating with different applications like azure
