What do you like best about Brightside?

I really liked that the personnel is supportive and you can message them throughout the day and they get back to you in a timely fashion. I had good conversation how to set up better budget and he help me feel more comfortable to consolidate my debt of credit cards which was only five. We ran some numbers also about saving for me to take one entire year off and how much money I should start saving every check. He also mentioned I can have check ins so that I can stay on track. What do you dislike about Brightside?

I wish they could personnel 24/7 or create a group for us to share amongst each other wins and shortcomings while we get better financially. Basically like a motivation group but in terms of finances. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
