It could be more user-friendly, and it would help to have easier access to the training videos.

BrightLocal has the best tools to give us a sense of how we are ranking for SEO keywords in our market. Their competitor analysis is also very insightful, and gives us actionable items to work on with our digital agencies.

**What do you dislike about BrightLocal?**

Because of all the tools and options available, it can be a little difficult to navigate or find where you are looking to go the very first time.

BrightLocal is giving us clear visibility into how our SEO efforts are performing.

bright local solving Local SEO problem with the solution tracker , local SEO tools. Using bright local the result for my business was very good, i got 1 position ranking in SERP and major keywords which major converted to leads. Also there blogs and resources are very useful and there courses are absolutely amazing.

Brightlocal was communicative during the update process, informing me of any issues, next steps, impediments, and work-arounds.

**What do you dislike about BrightLocal?**

Some, who do not appreciate interaction, may prefer a more automated directory citation update service like Yext.

**What problems is BrightLocal solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I recently used Brightlocal's citation update service to rationalize a client's directory presence. Brightlocal worked cooperatively with me to make the appropriate updates. In a case where one of the directories was non-responsive, Brightlocal worked to create an instance in another competitive directory. The Brightlocal team communicated progress, issues, and work-arounds for me. Too soon to know the ranking impact but I expect good results.

BrightLocal solves the challenge of managing multiple local SEO tasks across various locations and clients by consolidating ranking tracking, citation management, and reputation monitoring into one platform.

Bright local is easy to use, due to GUI (graphical user interface). Its simple to view rankings, and everything associated with the software.

I cant think of any. Overall its an excellent product.

**What do you like best about BrightLocal?**

For me, using Bright Local is very helpful for those users who need to get reviews and ratings for their work. You can also easily navigate the bright local website based on your frequency of use, and the customer support is also notifying you that they are there to help you if you need it. The bright local has an excellent Ease of Integration.

**What do you dislike about BrightLocal?**

To be honest, there's nothing yet that I dislike about Bright Local as far as I am using it. Because every time I use it, I can easily get what I need. But there is just one thing that I am experiencing that is not a big deal for me. It is that there's a time when you are going to search for a client in the bright local search bar and it is not showing up, but when you continuously press the next button, you will see what you are looking for. But again, it's not a big deal. Only a few normal things happen on every website. If ever other users are also experiencing that situation and request to fix it, I am sure it can be done with the bright local ease of implementation.

**What problems is BrightLocal solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Businesses getting reviews and ratings for our clients helps us get what we need.

**What do you like best about BrightLocal?**

BrightLocal has a ton of options, all of which appear to be useful for somebody attempting to rank SMEs on Google at a local level. The interface is reasonably intuitive and navigation between applications is quite easy. The onboarding videos (Bright Academy) are among the best I've ever used. The support can only be described as superior.

**What do you dislike about BrightLocal?**

There isn't a lot to dislike. As an agency, I'd prefer more options with white labelling. I believe the platform would benefit from administrators being able to exert more granular control over user groups, although, in fairness, there is a workaround that goes some way toward solving that (relatively minor) issue.

**What problems is BrightLocal solving and how is that benefiting you?**

BrightLocal provides a wide range of usable information that allows users to correctly optimise websites, Google Business Profiles, Google Maps, Local Finder and citations. It also provides excellent tools to gather Google reviews, post to GBPs and numerous other time-saving functions. The reports generated by the system can be shared with customers, with a decent (although imperfect) degree of white labelling. Overall, it solves a wide range of problems that anyone attempting to rank locally in Google organic search might reasonably encounter.

The user interface is a bit clunky, but otherwise, their customer service team makes up for it with tons of help.
