The way we were able to setup cards that tied to users previously was fine. I'm sure Brex new way of handling budgets and cards are well-designed but we just have not dig into it much and hopefully that could get us to be more organized. ### 2. The UI is clean, clear and doesn't create the confusion I've experienced using various other providers. I can also see the status of a submission as well as the expected date of delivery. I use this frequently, and as soon as I need a reimbursement for something (vs. waiting for things to pile up) simply because it's that easy. I used to have to use my own cards for purchasing and would have to do a lot of extra work to pass along receipts, so Brex has streamlined this for me. **What do you dislike about Brex?** I don't know if I have any issues with Brex at the moment. It's a Visa card, so it's pretty much accepted everywhere and often times will auto-categorize expenses making it easy for our business operations team to keep up with my spending. We were issued a large limit based on our revenue. This was such an important factor for us starting out. My business partner and I were both attempting to buy houses and NO ONE would do anything for us without hard-pulling our credit. **What do you dislike about Brex?** To be completely honest, there hasn't really been a single complaint. The bar was set so low by credit card companies we *had* been using so we were blown away when we first onboarded with Brex. I was texting customer support and I knew his name. it was actually his cell phone. I couldn't believe it. **What problems is Brex solving and how is that benefiting you?** We wanted to leverage our spending. We were purchasing all of our products with a debit card to start, then a low-limit credit card. We were earning points but paying interest. Brex allowed us to essentially merge those two ideas. We pay 0% interest, get charge-erasing points and the payments just automatically comes out of our bank account.
