Measure the results of performing employees to automate the workflow. Small, Medium and Large companies make use of the software. Bravon mission is clear: help companies and individuals improve engagement, boost their performance and develop skills. Bravon platform helps you to know better your users (can be employees, clients, partners, etc) through insights and other data Bravon collects and create the best journeys for them based on your goals. To keep users engaged in these journeys we apply gaming techniques to the tasks, so the users will always trying to get the best out of every step. Playing games with rewards and trophies proved to be a good way to keep the team spirit alive. **What do you dislike about Bravon?** As it is 100% cloud-based, it can't be used offline. **What problems is Bravon solving and how is that benefiting you?** Like many companies, during the pandemic time, it became really difficult for Mobilu to give the best welcome possible to new employees and ensure a good integration since they were all working from home. So, it became important to adapt HR Processes to the new circumstances and favorise the integration & well-being of new collaborators. Manage the onboarding of new employees, adapt to new needs, respect HR processes & Mobilu’s integration traditions, but above all perpetuate the family atmosphere and growth of the corporate culture. ### 2. It's the perfect help for busy managers that want to engage employees on day-to-day tasks. The challenges allow you to have an overview of the team. **What do you dislike about Bravon?** Until now, I didn't find any cons on it and if something's not right, their support team is really helpful. **What problems is Bravon solving and how is that benefiting you?** Bravon helped us to manage better our team, improving their engagement at work. ### 3. We live in a digital world where people buy everything through their phones and digital cards. And how does that affect people that depend on physical money? On restaurants, bars, and hotels, for example, the workers depend a lot from the tips revenue. We used Bravon's feature of Wallet and tips to develop and improve our business. ### 4.
