I like BravaPOS and I like its products quite a bit. I admire the company’s continuous innovation. I want to like the Retail app because niche solutions are important for merchants. It’s perfectly serviceable, especially if the app’s shortcomings don’t bother you. But it’s hard to love the new addition to BravaPOS’s lineup because there’s so much that’s disappointing.
