The dashboard interface could use improvement, since some widgets feel fairly basic and not as visually intuitive as they could be. As a result, it can be harder to interpret insights quickly at a glance. Additionally, the emotion/sentiment classification isn’t always accurate and can occasionally be misleading, so I often need to manually validate the results, which adds extra time to my analysis process.
