Braintrust AIR connects with tools like Workday , Zapier ,email and team chat platforms, so I didn’t have to change my workflow just to use it . The process felt different from a normal interview as it asked technical questions directly directly and stayed focused on how I approach problems. Sending interviews links , keeping track of candidates and updating progess all happened smoothly and it was quite easy to manage without even feeling messy or complicated. There is nothing much i dislike about this but i did notice the page took a lil longer to load at the very starting of session . The main thing I’d point out is that the communication could use a bit more original like human , especially when it comes to cleary telling you when to begin. It didn’t prevent anything from working but for a moment it can make you wonder wheather the interveiw has actually started. It integrates smoothly with common recuritment tools, so scheduling interviews and keeping track of candidates details stays simple and straightforward. I also appreciate the transparency no hidden fees or middlemen, just access to skilled professionals. Another is how easy it is to share interview recordings, transcripts and summaries with the rest of the hiring team. It already works with several tools, but there are still some HR or project managemnt platforms that aren’t connected yet. Because of that, there are times when we still have to transfer information manually, which adds an extra step to the process. The dasboard could be a more improve. It would be helpful to have more options for customizing workflows and organizing candidates. For example, additional filiers and more ways to sort candidates would make it much easier to mange a large hiring pipelines. If possible. I’d also like the experince to feel more intutive overall, such as by providing more detailed analysis or clearer insights after interview feedback is submitted. Braintrust AIR automatically conduts interviews, evaluates candidates, and provides instant scorecards, which makes it easier to choose the right person. Instead of going back and forth trying to schedule a call with a recuriter, I could complete the interview whenever I had time, and that alone made the whole processes feel much less stressful. The questions were clear, and I liked that the AI sometimes asked follow up questions based on what I said. Because of that, it didn’t feel like I was just filling out a rigid questionnaire. I have moticed that with Braintrust AIR the automated screening can sometimes overlook strong candidates or rank them lower than I’d expect. It would be helpful to make the evaluation process more accurate amd more humane, and to add greater customization around interview question criteria. What I like most about Braintrust AIR is that it’s AI-powered and makes the interview process much more efficient. When I need to conduct interviews, the system can automatically run video interviews with candidates at a time that works for them. Candidates can record and submit their responses without me needing to be there in real time. Afterward, I can review their answers on my own time by watching the recorded videos and evaluating their responses more carefully. I didn't really know if my voice or photo would be visible to interviewers or MBAs during the interview. I'd appreciate it if there was a clear note in the interview phase about whether your image or video can be seen by the employer. Braintrust AIR actually listened to what I said and asked follow up questions. It didn’t feel stiff or robotic it felt resposnive. It satyed focused on the areas it wanted to learn about while still being patient with my answer and even my question. My Internet started lagging at one point,but surprisingly the process still went smoothly and easy. From a hiring standpoint, Braintrust AIR has honestly made things a lot easier. The automated scoring and structured questioning save significant time while still maintaining quality. The fluency and real time understanding of the Ai agent or interviewer , not only she replies but she understands the deep techincal terms that can be a subject or domain expert knows that also or can understand the things which a human interviewer can be misinturupt , and she remebers the project that we discuss in the beginning till last Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
