It is superb. Like I recently had a chance to interview with a company using Braintrust AIR platform. To be honest i was kind afraid and could only thought two possibility either it would be too rigid and static or otherwise it will be having so tough question that I haven't even heard of. But it turned out to be really superb interview experience it has asked some really meaningful follow up question which helped to dive in technical depth of my answers. Overall it was nice experience, easy to use, removes HR availability problem, we can schedule time we prefer and it gives really detailed constructive feedback at the end of interview that's again so helpful and no more ghosting of the candidate. It was I didn't see any negatives but one thing I wanna mention is that sometime it goes so deeper to questions that don't even related to original topic. What I liked the most is that the AI summarise your response at the end of each question, it guides you through the steps of the interview and the transcription helps if you missed the question. Although the AI is very clear and you can hardly miss a question but if you do, its written on the screen for you to refer to it as you respond. My interview was timed. I had 20 minutes to complete it which does put you at a disadvantage. Ideally when interviewing in person, there are no strict time constrains.
