Boxcore Reviews & Product Details

Boxcore is construction workforce management and safety compliance software that helps contractors ensure every worker on site is approved, trained and compliant before they start work. Built specifically for construction teams, Boxcore brings worker onboarding, training and competency records, safety documentation, time and attendance and access control into one easy-to-use platform. Contractors can quickly see who is on site, which company they work for, whether their required training is in date and whether they are approved to access the project. Boxcore’s worker compliance management system gives project teams real-time visibility of workforce compliance. Training requirements can be set by project, role or task, helping contractors identify missing or expired training before it becomes a site issue. Automated training registers and simple traffic-light compliance status make it easy for site teams to see who is compliant without relying on spreadsheets, emails or paper records. Boxcore also combines construction access control with facial recognition time and attendance. Workers can be linked to their approved compliance status so contractors can control who is permitted onto site. This gives construction companies greater confidence that the people accessing their projects have been properly onboarded and have the required training and documentation in place. Facial recognition attendance tracking provides real-time visibility of who is currently on site, along with historical attendance records and workforce data by contractor, project and worker. Project teams can quickly answer two important questions: Who is on site, and are they compliant? Alongside workforce compliance and access control, Boxcore supports digital onboarding, training record management, safety documents, inspections and audits, asset management and workforce reporting. All key workforce and safety information is held in one place, giving site teams and management a single source of truth across their projects. Boxcore has been designed around frontline construction teams, subcontractors and busy project staff. The platform is simple to implement, requires minimal training and helps contractors replace manual spreadsheets and disconnected systems with practical workflows that can be adopted quickly on site. Key capabilities include construction workforce management, worker compliance tracking, training and competency management, facial recognition access control, construction time and attendance, digital worker onboarding, safety document management, inspections and audits, asset management and real-time workforce reporting. For contractors looking for construction safety software, workforce management software or construction access control software, Boxcore provides one practical platform to control site access, reduce compliance risk and maintain real-time visibility of the workforce.
