I haven't seen the support act on the platform, maybe because I have not needed it yet, but that´s the only thing I don´t find or use as much or this program, I really like it. For us, Rally works as a database where the information is recompiled, so we don´t have to process it all manually; it helps to automatize the processes, and that allows us to be more efficient when we are working against the clock for our members.
