**What do you like best about Rally?**

Rally has a very user-friendly interface and  also supports drag and drop which makes it very easy to implement. It has the ability to handle multiple teams at once and can be easily integrated with different softwares like jira

**What do you dislike about Rally?**

One of the major disadvantage that I face is thatit dosent reflect ranking quiet easily

**What problems is Rally solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Rally software is used for coordinating and managing agile work across multiple teams and programs. Also helps in capacity planning and team planning.

**What do you like best about Rally?**

It keeps the information updated and it is very friendly with the users, so there is no need to struggle trying to assign activities or in our case,to sync the providers with the members

**What do you dislike about Rally?**

I haven't seen the support act on the platform, maybe because I have not needed it yet, but that´s the only thing I don´t find or use as much or this program, I really like it.

**What problems is Rally solving and how is that benefiting you?**

For us, Rally works as a database where the information is recompiled, so we don´t have to process it all manually; it helps to automatize the processes, and that allows us to be more efficient when we are working against the clock for our members.

**What do you like best about Rally?**

The best thing about Rally is its amazing customer service and support.

**What do you dislike about Rally?**

In the past, there have been a few features that needed some tweaking, but the majority of those have been resolved.

**What problems is Rally solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Recently, Rally introduced single-sign-on, which has really streamlined things for our division.
