So slow. When I needed help, no one was coming to help. When I was asking for any new feature updates, no response. When I ask for improvement, they take no action. Just a chat widget responsiveness, they didn't do it at all. **Recommendations to others considering Botgate AI:** If you are looking for a good chatbot, BotgateAI can fulfil your needs. But don't expect helpful support. **What problems is Botgate AI solving and how is that benefiting you?** Their chatbot is quite good, yet some bugs need to resolve. But, they took a very long time to fix one issue I reported before, and they did nothing for the following reports. ### 2. I wish Botgate AI a lot of success. **Recommendations to others considering Botgate AI:** You can try Botgate platform for free first, once you see the hype in analytics, just pick a plan regarding your business objectives and needs. The Botgate team is super responsive so you feel them nearby all the time. **What problems is Botgate AI solving and how is that benefiting you?** If you have Botgate, you don’t need to care about time zones, why? Because thanks to its AI-based chatbot your site visitors always get their answers even if your whole sales team is offline. We increased our conversion rate up to almost 250%. ### 3.
