What do you like best about Bookafy?

Not sure. The demo given by the CEO was disappointing and not very helpful. Casey seemed to be more annoyed that questions were being asked and seemed eager to get us off the phone. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Bookafy?

The condescending tone of Casey (CEO) while attempting to answering questions. We attempted to use the chat feature on their website which was not helpful either.. Too many other competitors. We ended up going with Calendly. It was very easy and intuitive to use. We did not need assistance with install or config. It worked right out of the box. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Bookafy?

I don't like going back and forth in emails to try to schedule meetings. Enter Bookafy. They allow me to send people my personalized link, and I can sync it with my Google Calendar and block off time as necessary. It eliminates a TON of time wasted scheduling appointments, and there's even an opportunity to host classes in the future. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Bookafy?

I think they could do a little better with the UX of the customer-facing booking page, like offer templates to use, because personally I just picked up a desktop image to use. Also, they could use some PayPal support.. Otherwise, I think they're swell. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Bookafy?

Bookafy works really well as a meeting/appointment booking platform, it greatly simplifies the process of trying to find a time slot that fits the client and hosts availability. Bookafy support has also been excellent - they have customised the platform to suit our unique requirements at a reasonable cost. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Bookafy?

Our use case is quite unusual and Bookafy did not fit it exactly - but they have come to the table to make changes to suit us where other providers would not. One remaining missing feature that we are working around is support for having staff in multiple time zones. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Bookafy?

Simple, clear interface and functionality, and the result is very user friendly for our prospects, clients and suppliers.

Since we started using bookafy, our conversion rate of prospects requestion a no-obligation call with us changed dramatically, for the better, and in doing so, saves us time in answering appointment requests, and trying to find a slot that works for the prospect and for us.

Getting started and creating your account. Having owned a salon and shopped around for booking software, Bookafy was by far the easiest to setup. You'll be up and ready to take appointments in no time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
