The booking and texting function seem to work really well but that is only when I have sent them to myself. There is actually no tracking within the program. The calendar on their website is hard to see and I can't figure out some simple settings. ### 3. Didn't make it past the demo and bailed for a better customer experience. The demo given by the CEO was disappointing and not very helpful. Casey seemed to be more annoyed that questions were being asked and seemed eager to get us off the phone. **What do you dislike about Bookafy?** The condescending tone of Casey (CEO) while attempting to answering questions. We attempted to use the chat feature on their website which was not helpful either.. Too many other competitors. We ended up going with Calendly. It was very easy and intuitive to use. We did not need assistance with install or config. It worked right out of the box. **What problems is Bookafy solving and how is that benefiting you?** LinkedIn posting with the ability to book appointments via a link or button. Integration with Outlook Calendar and MS Teams. ### 4. Enter Bookafy. They allow me to send people my personalized link, and I can sync it with my Google Calendar and block off time as necessary. It eliminates a TON of time wasted scheduling appointments, and there's even an opportunity to host classes in the future. **What do you dislike about Bookafy?** I think they could do a little better with the UX of the customer-facing booking page, like offer templates to use, because personally I just picked up a desktop image to use. Also, they could use some PayPal support.. Otherwise, I think they're swell. **Recommendations to others considering Bookafy:** Get it. It will save you time and energy setting appointments. Add it to your website (I added a direct button to mine), your signature, and any email that needs a follow up. Super helpful. **What problems is Bookafy solving and how is that benefiting you?** I have saved time managing my calendar and the people who need to meet with me. I haven't yet used the payment functionality, but they do work with Authorize.net and Stripe if people want to get paid! ### 5. Bookafy support has also been excellent - they have customised the platform to suit our unique requirements at a reasonable cost. **What do you dislike about Bookafy?** Our use case is quite unusual and Bookafy did not fit it exactly - but they have come to the table to make changes to suit us where other providers would not. One remaining missing feature that we are working around is support for having staff in multiple time zones. **Recommendations to others considering Bookafy:** Highly recommend Bookafy - Casey at Bookafy has been helpful throughout at getting the system working exactly as we need it. The price is reasonable too compared to similar tools. **What problems is Bookafy solving and how is that benefiting you?** We use Bookafy to allow members of the public to book sessions with advisers. Advisers can manage their own availability which reduces the workload for admin staff. ### 6. Since we started using bookafy, our conversion rate of prospects requestion a no-obligation call with us changed dramatically, for the better, and in doing so, saves us time in answering appointment requests, and trying to find a slot that works for the prospect and for us. A life changing app ! **What do you dislike about Bookafy?** hmm, difficult. If anything language integration can still be a little bit more profound **What problems is Bookafy solving and how is that benefiting you?** previously, prospects needed to e-mail us to make an appointment, and often it took a few e-mails to find a workable time for both parties. That's all in the past. Prospects can now immediately book an appointment which works for them, and for us. Calender integration is perfect. ### 7. I can't say that I dislike anything. **Recommendations to others considering Bookafy:** Bookafy is an outstanding product and provides excellent customer service. **What problems is Bookafy solving and how is that benefiting you?** As a large state-wide entity, we needed an appointment booking solution that would handle up to 3,000 appointments a month in various locations while being able to pull and distribute monthly reports. Bookafy has done this for us. We are currently realizing less no-show's, less confusion over expectations of the appointment time frame, and a more accurate way to pull statics for reporting purposes. ### 9. You'll be up and ready to take appointments in no time. **What do you dislike about Bookafy?** I think the U/X could be a little more sleeker. I think they should offer more templates for there "booking page". It's like a three in one system because apart from team collaboration, I get to use the links for customers self booking with an payment ability. How cool is that? **What do you dislike about Bookafy?** It has more function that my business needs now and although I appreciate that one day I may need to use these function, they are just more complex that what I need now. We did and it work well for us. **What problems is Bookafy solving and how is that benefiting you?** The booking and payment system so I could be sure that I will be paid for the strategy meetings I have with new clients. It's really simple for us to place a route on their calendar, and for their retail stores to book appointments without needing to speak to them. Its been really helpful and our retail customers love it! **What do you dislike about Bookafy?** I never found any cause to dislike bookafy.
