**What do you like best about Boodle AI?**

Effectiveness of Bots: I really enjoy the use of the different specialized prompts boodle has to offer

Responsive Support: The support team is outstanding with Boodle! We asked for an excel upload feature and they placed our business on the beta release list as soon as possible! 

Openness to Feedback: Boodle is open to hearing feedback from users. Their willingness to adapt the software to fir the user's needs is awesome!

**What do you dislike about Boodle AI?**

Desired Transcription Feature: I would love to see Boodle incorporate a video transcriber bot! 

Tedious Chat Saving Process: The multi-step actions required to save a thread can be tedious when using AI as a helpful tool to get work done! I would love to see Boodle incorporate a more streamlined process for saving threads

**What problems is Boodle AI solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Efficiency in Resolving Technical Issues:
The bots that are dedicated for coding assistance have been monumental for my development team! We use these bots to solve complex programming problems and the bots have been spot on! 

Streamlining Data Management:
I'm excited for the new excel upload feature as this will eliminate my need to use other AI forums! When working in the finance department, this excel feature is a must-have! 

Responsive Customer Support:
Boodle's support team is extremely reliable and brings a solid peace of mind to my team! When we reach out, we know we will receive support in no time!

This is help to find donors faster. Boodle AI services are the best. Boodle AI provides free services. Boodle is the best way to get money.

**What do you dislike about Boodle AI?**

It is a startup and the growth speed is very slow. Boodle AI's response time is slow, so I have to wait a long time. Boodle's website has been slow many times.

**What problems is Boodle AI solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps me to find donors. This is a very big benefit for me. I find new donors quickly, so it saves my time.

I love the slick UI/UX of Boodle and also the best platform to do our donor management on!

There is nothing to dislike as such about the product, it's solid and I hope it keeps growing as per the roadmap

It's solving problem of donor management which also has helped us streamline our fundraising
