It definitely has a learning curve, but as soon as you understand the system, it becomes easy to use. We have it integrated with Portpro for a seamless transfer of data, every integration we do is fairly easy wich regularly leads to an easy and trouble free implementation. Their customer support is very proactive and will help you on anything you have. **What do you dislike about Blume Global Supply Chain Visibility?** Before we did the EDI connection the timestamps update is very cumbersome and time consuming. **What problems is Blume Global Supply Chain Visibility solving and how is that benefiting you?** It helps us with customer visibility of loads statuses and billing. ### 2.
